NEUES

NEUES is made by thinly coating the surface of stainless steel sheet with titanium nitride ceramics using vacuum sputtering method. The color tone produced has characteristic of ceramics, the color coating is crystal-like coating while retaining the natural texture of stainless steel.

NEUES has superior color uniformity and consistency which is achieved by the use of highly accurately controlled vacuum equipment. There are 12 different colors in NEUES Color Series. Because the ceramic coating is hard, NEUES has high abrasion resistance.

The thickness of the ceramics layer is under 0.3μｍ. Since the ceramics layer is so well bonded to the stainless steel surface, bending and light press works can be done without destroying the color layer. Please keep the protect film on during fabrication to avoid possible scratches.

We recommend Anti-Fingerprint Coating FG3 on all our MS-7xx patterns NEUES and Antique NEUES.
