Etching

Digital data of images or pattern drawings can be printed onto stainless steel surface using screen printing or photo engraving technology. Etching is a method using acid to dissolve the desired portion on the surface to create various intricate patterns or images on the stainless steel surface, they are commonly seen inside and outside of an elevator, especially on the door panels.

For tailor made pattern to be produced by screen printing or photo engraving method, additional cost for a new screen or film will be charged.

MS3xx-4xx: patterns made by Screen Printing Method.

MS7xx: photo engraving technology also called photo etching is a great method to achieve very fine and intricate details on stainless steel surface.

We recommend Anti-Fingerprint Coating FG3 on all our MS-7xx patterns.
