About Stainless Steel
Stainless steel is an alloy of iron with 10.5% or more of chromium added. It is a material that is resistant to rust, has excellent durability, can be processed into various shapes, and is 100% recyclable which is very economical and environmental friendly. In addition, stainless steel retains its metallic luster in a general usage environment, the texture and glossiness that cannot be obtained with other materials like aluminum, paint, resin, etc., make it a very suitable material for architectural design. Most of our products are SUS304 based, which is the most standard stainless steel grade. Please send us an inquiry if other grades are needed.
Surface finishing process such as Polishing, Shot Blast and Etching can be adjusted finely to enhance the level of surface glossiness and roughness to create more textured finish.
Coloring process such as Fine and NEUES makes a thin uniform oxide or ceramic layer formed on stainless steel surface can create range of colors on stainless steel while bringing out the texture and brightness of stainless steel.
A hard glassy hydrophilic Anti-fingerprint coating is designed to maintain the surface appearance for a long period of time, fingerprints will be less visible, most of the stains could be easily wiped off with a cloth and water only.
Fine Guard 3 (FG3) can be applied to all surface finishes except mirror-finished stainless steel.
